Summer … it’s definitely the holiday season. While many venture across the state, and even the country, some may be looking for a bit of local time. I have found some of the coolest and most unique Airbnbs here in the area that are perfect for a little local stay. Check them out!

Simply beautiful and romantic located in Holly, consider this an adult treehouse. This treehouse is equipped with a deluxe queen-size bed, coffee station, 55-inch TV and Blu-ray player, recliner and more. It even comes with a fireplace with wood provided and tiki torches. Now keep in mind that this is a treehouse so it has a bit of a rustic vibe meaning an outside outhouse and a shower. Click here for more details

There is so much incredible history in Flint, and much of it lies in the phenomenal homes and their old world architecture. This Airbnb will allow you to stay in the original 1926 loft above the garage (carriage house) of the historic home designed by Norbert Dougherty, who was hired by General Motors to develop the Mott Park area. Click here for more details.

It’s really so cool. You can spend a night or a weekend in one of the adorable chalets of a horse farm located on Lake Narrin. Known as the “Groom’s Cabin,” this little hideaway is part of a 56-acre property with hiking trails and more. There is a fire pit and hot tub outside the door which is also available for your private use. Book your stay by clicking here.

Perfect any time of the year, but I can also put it in my pocket for the Christmas season. Decorated like a slice of heaven, this downtown loft overlooks historic Battle Alley and is a short walk from the historic Holly Hotel. The loft has 2 full bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. Full kitchen, dining room, living room area and more. Did I mention ADORABLE ?! Find out more details here.

Fancy a moment of relaxation on the lake? How about an entire house with a pontoon boat to go with it? The house is big enough for the whole family and can accommodate 8 people with 3 bedrooms! Oh … and those sunsets !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Get booking details and more information here.
