Did you know that you can travel abroad with the Comstock Community Center? Here are the details.

Now that we have the whole world at our fingertips with the Internet, travel agencies are rare. Now we can do our own research, book our hotel and flights on our own. However, we don’t know what we don’t know about other distant lands. To be honest, I had no idea the Comstock Community Center had a travel group. So, I guess I don’t know what I don’t know locally.

Today I came across their website and clicked on the “Travel” button. What I found really surprised me. The list of upcoming trips includes:

Castles of New York will take place from June 27 to July 2, 2021.

Ireland & Scotland, a 12-day trip, runs from September 2 to September 14, 2021.

Venice to Rome is an 11 day / 10 night trip that runs from October 21 to November 2, 2021.

Alaska Cruise is another 11 day / 10 night trip. This takes place in May 2022.

We could all enjoy a life-changing vacation after what we’ve been through with the Covid-19 pandemic. Speaking of a pandemic, rules are in place for the safety of travelers and others. For example, you cannot travel with the group unless you have been fully immunized for 14 days prior to departure. You can see the full list of domestic and international trips with full itineraries and prices on the Comstock Community Center website by clicking here.
